CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

TO .. well, you know who you are, for losing an additional 5 kilos in the month since the Weight Loss Program. That makes a total of 12 kilos in two months, no mad dieting, eating whatever that person wanted to eat - but just following the rules... HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN YOU AFFORD TO LOSE? When it's as easy as this - and it is permanent because it it not a diet.. or a pill etc... Why not decide to go for it?
