HYPNOSIS FOR SPORT

In the past three weeks, I have been working with a young Football Player (AFL) on focus ... to get him to kick straight. In that time - he has managed to learn self hypnosis and set up a series of triggers so that when playing, he can block out all disruptions momentarily and then make that winning goal! Hypnosis and NLP are great tools for focus and can really improve your game - no matter which sport you are doing!
